Based on your Individual goals, your child’s health history, symptoms, personality, and your family’s lifestyle.  you will receive nutrition recommendations that are easy to make, kid-friendly, and don’t require exotic ingredients that you can’t pronounce or find.

2. Mindset

Confidence boosting conversations and strategies for parents:  to help parents believe in their unique ability to make a difference in their child’s health.  Further steps are taken to bring confidence to parents of kids who resist food changes.  we also deal with parent guilt that can come with food changes.  loads of encouragement is sprinkled in to solidify the belief that small wins matter. 

3. Lifestyle & Routine

Trust me, your life will run a lot smoother with some solid routines.  personalized strategies are implemented to bring solid routine to your lives, which will minimize meltdowns and help everyone achieve more balanced sleep and food habits. 

4. Picky Eating Strategies

I get it, Some kids are picky!  if you have a picky eater, fear not, I have loads of picky eating tips in my bag of tricks.  We will work together to increase food exposure using a number of effective strategies.  and, if necessary, approaches like food chaining can be introduced to bring about greater acceptance of new foods.

  • 1 Health Plan delivery (45 minutes) includes diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
  • 1 x 45-Minute Follow Up (2 Weeks after Health Plan Delivery) to make sure you feel comfortable implementing changes, and to get an idea of exactly how much change you can handle (and for added encouragement).
  • 4 follow up sessions (45 minutes each) in each session, we assess progress, address challenges, and add attainable action steps to the health plan.
  • Weekly Check-In Emails to keep you on track, set goals, and ask random questions that come up (translation:  helps you avoid Google rabbit holes!).
  • Email support throughout the process when you have questions or concerns.
  • Email support for the 4 weeks following your FINAL session – this provides peace of mind that you are well on your way to continuing this journey on your own.

Duration: 30 minutes

During your free 30 minute Assessment Call we will discuss your child’s health history, your family’s lifestyle, as well as your current goals.  I will assess the situation and give you my professional opinion as to what the root cause and/or aggravating factors behind the behaviours might be.  Then, I will provide you with my proposed plan of action that we would follow, should we decide to start working together.  The plan of action would include Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset Factors that would be addressed in a steady and sustainable manner.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions about specific concerns you may have about the consulting process.  You will learn more about what to expect during our consultations.  Most importantly, this is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we will be a good fit to work together.
