Your family actually sitting & eating ONE meal that you made for everyone, without complaining or whining.
Having peace of mind – knowing they’re eating a wide range of foods that nourish their bodies and minds.
Not having to pack “special” food for them to bring to family events or birthday parties.
When you believe that their kids CAN change and that YOU (YES, YOU) are the one who can help them to change, well, that’s a game-changer!
You are your kids’ food leader – and a confident leader is always more effective than an unsure one.
Once we get you back into the “I’ve got this” mode with some quick mindset strategies and convo, you’ll be presenting veggies like a master chef reveals their signature dish – and that’s enticing, even for picky eaters!
Kids need some control in their lives – if they don’t get it, they’ll grab it where they can (like with refusing food).
We work on providing an appropriate amount of autonomy at mealtimes, AND exploring other areas where more autonomy can lessen that intense need for control they’re feeling.
Without an intense need for control, you’ll see more cooperation and curiosity at the table.
We commit to making meals fun again because:
Stress = an appetite killer.
Stress = a curiosity killer.
Stress = a connection killer.
Once we bring good vibes back to your table, you’ll see your child enjoying mealtimes, exploring new foods, and learning that food about connection, not conflict.
Wanna know the best way to raise a picky eater? Stop offering foods they’ve refused!
Even if they keep saying no, you’ve gotta keep trying! We work on exposure to new foods both at the table, and in food prep and planning. And, yes, this often involves playing with food!
When new foods become normal foods, they end up getting gobbled up in a hurry 🙂
Some kids (especially with ADHD) are physically sensitive to foods – the textures, the smells, the tastes, can be too much for them to handle.
We figure out how to expose them to the sensations of new foods, without overwhelm, so they can enjoy a wide variety of foods, and you can stop hiding veggies in baked goods!

In This Program, You Will Learn How To:
During your free 30 minute Assessment Call we will discuss your child’s health history, your family’s lifestyle, as well as your current goals. I will assess the situation and give you my professional opinion as to what the root cause and/or aggravating factors behind the behaviours might be. Then, I will provide you with my proposed plan of action that we would follow, should we decide to start working together. The plan of action would include Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset Factors that would be addressed in a steady and sustainable manner. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about specific concerns you may have about the consulting process. You will learn more about what to expect during our consultations. Most importantly, this is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we will be a good fit to work together.
